Dr. Carolyn Wright-Herard, Ph. D.

With a specialization in industrial and organizational psychology, Dr. Wright-Hérard is experienced in human capital development and leadership success. She has worked with a variety of industries including health care, educational institutions, private, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.

Dr. Wright-Hérard works as a consultant for two non-profit organizations. Additionally, she is a professor at a university in the Atlanta area and is a contracted trainer for employee assistance programs. As a leader and educator, Dr. Wright-Hérard continues to work with organizations in the areas of change management, conflict resolution, organizational mediation individual and executive coaching, career development and transition, and organizational needs and assessments.

Our Founder

Dr. Carolyn Wright-Herard, Ph. D. is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist with her doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has been in the field of psychology for over 25 years. Starting off in the clinical field, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in Psychology and Sociology and her master’s degree from Clark Atlanta University in Counseling Psychology.

Dr. Wright-Herard’s experience in the clinical field ranged from providing direct care for clients in residential settings and psychiatric hospitals to directing vocational/behavioural programs that support and empower those with mental vulnerabilities.

Dr. Wright-Hérard is certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through Cornell University and is working with corporations and educational institutions to implement DEI initiatives.
